The practice administrator team deal with a large range of tasks including Reporting, Processing Clinic letter's, the Patient Participation Group, Clinics for Nurses and Physiotherapists, Accounting, and all associated administration to ensure the smooth running of the Surgery.

Our secretaries deal with the correspondence between the practice and outside agencies, such as hospital outpatient departments, private consultations, solicitors and insurance companies. If you have any enquiries regarding letters that your doctor may have written for you, please contact them during normal office hours. If you wish to have a copy of your GP referral letter please ask at reception.

Our reception team are experienced receptionists who work between both practices, and are under the guidance of the reception manager. They are here to help you with patient services and will advise you on the facilities available. All receptionists are instructed to keep the contents of medical records confidential and are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
