NHS 111

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

Click here to access NHS 111 online or call 111 to speak to a staff member.

When We Are Closed

The surgery is closed weekdays between the hours of 18:00 and 08:30 and at weekends.

Please call the main line (01202 697639) between the following hours.

08:00 - 08:30 and 18:00 - 18:30 your call will be diverted to the Doctor on Call.

This is to speak to a Doctor in an emergency only.

Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles (although pay-as-you-go mobiles must have at least 1p credit).

Please only call the 111 service between the hours of 18:30 - 08:00.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

New Telephone System

Please be advised we have just had a new telephone system installed in our surgery, both at Creekmoor and Oakdale. This has been installed to help us cope with the demand of calls coming through and assist you as quickly as possible. There will now be 4 options for you to choose from when you call the surgery to help direct your call appropriately.

Due to the pandemic we are experiencing a huge amount of calls throughout the day, therefore please be patient and we will answer your call as quickly as possible.

Thank you.

*Please note, some calls may be recorded.
