Patient Reference Group
The Aims of the Patient Reference Group
We run a Patient Reference Group (PRG) where we encourage patients to give their views about how the practice is performing and to make suggestions for areas of improvements. We would like to hear the views of as many patients as possible to gain feedback from all age groups and ethnicities.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
