Natalie - Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Natalie first qualified as a nurse in 2012, and spent 12 years working in the Acute Respiratory Department at Poole Hospital. She gained her Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification in 2018 and joined the practice in 2025. Part of her role is to support the respiratory patients in the practice with their long- term conditions, alongside seeing on the day patients with new general conditions. She has always lived locally to the area, and lives with her husband and their two sons. They enjoy going for walks, bike rides and days out with their family.

Practice Nurses
Both surgeries have attached practice nurses, full and part time. They normally see patients by appointment, but will consider a 'sit and wait' basis if circumstances permit. The nurses carry out general nursing services including stitch removal, ECGs, taking blood samples, dressings and wound care, treatment of minor accidents, verruca and wart treatments. Holiday vaccinations and advice are available - please contact the surgery at least two months beforehand.

Sarah is Lead Nurse and has been qualified as a Nurse for 9 years. She joined the Practice in 2017 as a Practice Nurse and has been building on her skills ever since. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She also enjoys seeing new sights and keeping fit.
